The hotel had a unique room setup with a kitchenette and two beds a bit separated, which was great for using the laptop and accessing the free Internet. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering beach towels and chairs. The location was superb on Collins Ave, close to the beach and various attractions. However, the dining experience was not impressive, with limited breakfast options and poor quality coffee. The price was considered reasonable for the overall value provided.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, located right in the heart of South Beach with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and equipped with a convenient kitchen space, although it was ready quite late in the afternoon. The service was exceptional, friendly, and super helpful, making me feel welcome. Despite the delayed room readiness, the overall experience was positive.
